I felt like I had a lot of "give up" in me today.
I. Back Squat: 3 x max reps at bodyweight (rest as needed between rounds)
Max reps at my bodyweight -- BAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.
I basically found what appears to be my 5 rep max (135 lbs), although honestly I just wasn't really pushing today. I don't know. Wasn't feeling working out.
