    Started the run and my iPod stopped working. Lower back pain. Heavy legs. Couldn't catch my breath the whole run. Planned on 2 miles today, but well umm yeah!

      Way to keep running even when you felt sluggish. That's how I felt today. At least you are getting out there and trying. It helps me to think of where I was when I started-I couldn't run for 2 minutes without stopping!

      I was supposed to do a 14 mile trail race on Sunday morning but they cancelled it. So pissed off!!!! I'll be out there with you Sunday anyway though. Got a 20 mile training run to do.
