      Way to keep running even when you felt sluggish. That's how I felt today. At least you are getting out there and trying. It helps me to think of where I was when I started-I couldn't run for 2 minutes without stopping!

      I was supposed to do a 14 mile trail race on Sunday morning but they cancelled it. So pissed off!!!! I'll be out there with you Sunday anyway though. Got a 20 mile training run to do.

      Good return to running. I'd say you should work on consistency, then work on speed and distance. It will help you feel more comfortable.
