    Cold miles on frost covered slippery roads made for a fun run. Ran the first 4 miles with my husband and the final 4 were solo on the trails. Nice calorie burn before brunch. Happy Sunday!

    Just not ready for spikes/yaktrax. Intervals in the shallow end of the pool following strength training. Both were tough workouts on a snowy day. Looking forward to a no snow Friday run.

      These fall days are so pretty that it's difficult to motivate myself to get out in the early morning when it's dark and get that run in - although that's clearly the best time of day to do it. Yours sounds just about perfect.
