      Well - wish I could blame it on the weather. Car broke down, kids responsibilities etc.... Ok... ok... also me being lazy. Did go for a 3 hour hike/walk yesterday and had to carry my twins (3 year old) up a few steep hills (did you catch that - 3 hours of 3 year old speed haha!) This week will be better.... starting tomorrow...(should have gone today!)

      Thanks. I changed my route so that there are some longer straight stretches that are flat. Feel like that has helped. Able to get into a nice groove before turning.
