      Haha! Sorry for the late reply. Kids brought stomach bug home and put me out of commission for a while. I used to do a masters swim class, there were swimmers and triathletes. It was funny because everyone knew who the swimmers were and who the triathletes were - the triathletes didn't kick! Haha!

      Thanks Jeff. You are right, It was a good run - compared to yesterday's it was a struggle - I will blame it on the coffee (or lack thereof) Will see how i do for my lunch run today.

    Getting stronger. At the halfway point my average pace was 8:10 - got it down to a 7:54. Had some stretches of under 7 min mile. Yeah!
