      Sometimes it's just a matter of finding something you really enjoy doing. If the workout feels like a chore, it'll be really hard to stick with, and consistency is the key to seeing results.

      We know better - the temp was probably already in the 80s. Doesn't it make the rest of the day go better when yo know you've already finished your workout?

    Treadmill at the Y, nice and cool insde, felt great while jogging could have done an extra 2, but schedule limits exercise. I'm a bit sore today, no rest for weak and weary!
