Early Morning Walk 3.5 mi 00:50 14:17 pace
Natalie, Lucy, Fletch, and I walked/jogged around the neighborhood, heat index was about 90 degrees by 8 AM!

Treadmill at the Y nice and cool, got a great warm up and then focused on form.

Sometimes it's just a matter of finding something you really enjoy doing. If the workout feels like a chore, it'll be really hard to stick with, and consistency is the key to seeing results.
