A Nice E Z 2 miler recovery run just to move around that lactic acid build up. Nothing major, in the Post Big Sur Marathon Recovery Mode. I knew this was going to be a tough run when I struggled to bend down to tie my running shoes. :-) After the run I felt better it's probably because I finished running. lol :-) Some nice light stretching. Rest up and recover for the next few days and then I start training for Marathon #2 of 3 this year the San Francisco Marathon.
