      I'm doing well. I ran a few miles on Monday just to see how it felt. The good news the leg and shin did not bother me, but then again I listened to my body and didn't try pushing it. I don't think my body could handle a marathon training plan right now but with the 12 weeks of preparation, I'm thinking I can run Big Sur but just to finish.
