I feel alright on the treadmill. I'm not pushing to hard. I want to ease into my running without pushing just yet. I want to give the muscles and ligaments I don't typically use some time to warm up to the idea of being used again...

    What's up Bridget. Welcome home! I'm just getting back on here and saw a post from you today. How are you doing? Have you been running much? Are you planning on doing any events this summer?

    Thanks, Harley. It's great to be back! Things are good here, getting back into the swing of running. We will probably do the Bolder Boulder and maybe a marathon in the fall. Nothing set yet, but we do want to do a few events.
