    I felt good running after spin class. My legs were tight at the beginning but loosened up as time went on.

      What's up Bridget. Welcome home! I'm just getting back on here and saw a post from you today. How are you doing? Have you been running much? Are you planning on doing any events this summer?

      Thanks, Harley. It's great to be back! Things are good here, getting back into the swing of running. We will probably do the Bolder Boulder and maybe a marathon in the fall. Nothing set yet, but we do want to do a few events.

    Still feeling fatigued. I spun easy for a few minutes today after a run to try and get some blood flowing. Hope to turn a corner in the next few weeks.

    My legs were shot today. Johnny killed me. The wind is getting old. I can't say today's ride was all that much fun. It was necessary to say the least. I'm glad it's over.
