I should have gone out for a run this evening but I spent the whole day on my feet canning bread and butter pickles and salsa and I had tired feet. Jumped on the exerbike, kept the resistance at lowest point and just tried to go faster than last time. Did 1 minute of arms per each 5 minute period. Then I did 30 crunches. I could feel them in my low back so I didn't push the crunches tonight.
