Thank you Jenny! I had a great run last night - about 6 miles and felt really good. No problems with the ankle or knee so I think I'm back in business. I never did get a 20 miler in....I'll have to do the marathon with a 16 miler as the longest distance to date. We'll see how that works for me... :-D
