8 on tap this morning, a step back week for my long run for the week following two 13's and a 15 the past three weeks. I was out the door a little before six, and it was already almost 80 degrees with a 70 degree dew point. I sure am looking forward to the break in weather headed our way! Had to get out early to squeeze in this one before a long day at work today, and ran it on little sleep since I was at work until 11:30 last night. But, I found my long run easy pace and kept it steady for 80 minutes (10:13, 9:54, 9:50, 9:53, 9:53, 9:53, 9:47, 9:46, 9:53(.1)). Sciatica has been acting up a little, so I've resumed some correction exercises and extra stretching to get things straightened out. Have a great Saturday, folks. Run safe out there! http://connect.garmin.com/activity/196529993

Nice job Tim! Glad you had a cut back today because every step was tough for me. We need to run together at some point, we live so close! Let me know when you have a tempo on tap and I'll ge you your splits :)

Good job Tim, couldn't get out early enough to beat the conditions yesterday. Sounds like you know how to manage your sciatica, hope that's the case.

Always important to take those step back weeks. The heat really fouls up our plans for an easy day.
