Got out at 6:30, it was already 75 degrees with a dew point of 70. Six marathon pace miles in that is a recipe for sweat, and boy did it deliver. Still struggling with the sore throat and other fun fatigue-like symptoms, but given that and the weather I am pretty happy with the level of effort. Felt easy, and spent most of the run slowing myself down (8:35, 8:43, 8:41, 8:40, 8:41, 8:42). Followed up with 100 swings of the KB, 4X5 single leg squats, core progression work, and lateral leg raises and clamshells. Have a great day, all. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/196234440

Really steady MP miles Tim, nice job, hope you throw off the sore throat and other symptoms soon. We have had a small virus going around our house (mostly my wife and 4yo so far).

That's a good sign when you are consciously slowing to dial back to MP. Your fitness is coming along well! Good sixer!
