Feeling great on the bike, found a groove and kept it up for an hour. About 100 rpm's, 150 avg hr. Found a different ART therapist up in Rocky River who's going to see me on Monday... I hope for some resolution. Back is continuing to feel better with the break from running along with icing.

    Glad things are starting to improve, since you're in the taper, no big deal missing a few days, most important thing is to get the body as ready as possible. Great ride.

    Good riding Tim. HR around 150 biking is real good...it's hard to get it that high, so you musta been pushing pretty nicely! Glad the back pain is resolving...your wise plan is paying off.

    Hope you're feeling better Tim, I'm with everyone else in that this extra rest during the taper won't hurt you but I hope your body recovers really quickly!
