      That's a real nice run Tim. The heavy feeling...yeah, I hear on that. It gets better after a few runs...but man, I feel like I'm crushing the pavement to bits when I get re-started. As for coming back after a lay-off...I'm not that experienced, but I have done it wrong before and suffered mightily. Ease back in.

      It will be here before you know it. I know that it is hard when you start back up. You get the fun part of when you start getting in shape then you get to see huge improvements for a while which is motivating.
