Back in the game. Started off as a walk with the dogs, and worked my way into a run. Not too pleased with the time, but considering I haven't trained in a long time, not too bad!

I'm still here, and still working out! Been busy with work/study so I haven't had time to upload my workouts to dm. I've also managed to damage a muscle so have to rest up :(

Hey, you do what you can with what you have. THe heart rate minitor I used prior to my Garmin was two-fingers and a pulse!
