3 x 10 / leg Bosu balancing while throwing / catching 4lb medicine ball
2 x 10 walking lunges
2 x 10 backward walking lunges
14 Rushing Hamstrings (this is going to hurt tomorrow)
10 x Walking / jogging forward with Theraband
10 x Walking / jogging backward with Theraband
10 x Left side shuffle with Theraband
10 x Right side shuffle with Theraband
3 x 10 / leg high knees with Theraband
