    Day #1 - Marathon training - tempo run

    1 mile easy warm-up, 1.5 miles @8:33 pace, .5 mile cool down

    Definitely pushed myself on this one. The easy warm up help shake out heavy legs.

    Ran it as a tempo run. Felt great! The weather was so nice this morning. Cannot wait for more fall weather!

    Not that fun of a run. Just tired and legs blah. Got some blisters and I rarely get those. Weather turned out to be decent in the morning. Which I was happy about that part!
