      In situations like these, I'm at a loss for words. Just like Jim, I've also lost loved ones to cancer and I can only imagine what you, Eric's family, and all those who knew him must be going through at the moment. I'll include Eric and all of you in my prayers. I really can't wait for the day when a cure for cancer is finally found so that nobody has to suffer from this terrible disease anymore.

    foots still messed up. Dr said stationary biking is the only thing I should really do, or be super careful about my kick if I swim. And then about half an hour of arms. Feels great to be back though

      I'm glad you went to the doctor to get it checked. An early response is key to preventing any injuries from getting worse.
      Now that you know the results, you can be assured that everything's okay and you probably just need to give your foot some rest. I hope any remaining pain will subside soon. Best wishes! :)

      I can relate - I didn't finish my triathlon because of a flat tire. I was SO bummed. But I've learned that it's motivating me to train even harder and finish the next one! We can do it!
