hard run this morning. felt off from the very beginning - was having weird muscle spasms in my core pretty much the whole time. pushed it through the first 10mi literally feeling like garbage and ended up walking the last mile - i was done. overall not the best run. not sure if i'm more disappointed that i couldn't finish the last mile running, or happy that i pushed it through 10mi.


It happens....BUT... you are getting stronger as you push through!! Great work, you are already ready for your first 1/2!!
