    ran to the big SCP hill, went 4x up the hill, and ran home. quick and painless - IT band seemed happy today. plan is to add 1 hill each week until 10, at which point I'll start adding distance.

    quick and semi-easy 2-mile loop. IT band was not in pain, although felt some discomfort. it was humid as all heck out there - just *dripping* sweat by the end of it.
