      I've never been out there in the morning on a weekday.. Besides some sections where you can hear the highway it must be pretty quiet. This past weekend it was a madhouse!

      pretty quiet in morning and you have the trail almost entirely to yourself. I see more critters than people.

    alternated running and walking - 2' on 4' off and felt pretty good the whole way. should be able to keep increasing the run interval through the remainder of the week.
