    It was cool, just going there without a some good weightlifting in and 25minutes of awesome cardio playing Basketball.

    We worked the stairs and hill...quads, calf, hamstring, and other random muscles have all given up on me. I will be crawling out of bed in the morning.

    This bootcamp was a little lame...still had to do some walking lunges along the beach, but honestly the previous classes were much harder

    Its nice having a workout exercises everyday and a person to spot me to help build up my bench. Learning a lot.

    We didn't get to do legs as planned, but we did a lot of tough exercises that had me sweating my butt off!

    Working out with one of my coworkers and doing a variety of new exercises. Today was our shoulder day.....good workout although still getting used to a few new exercises..

    I was pleasantly surprised considering being surrounded by mostly ladies....The workout was quite challenging and I'd recommend it to any guys looking for a different workout!

      I just told your wifey that I think we saw you there. Didn't know it was you naturally but we saw a big group of BC folks on the backside of the hill.
