    Had a great long run .Purrfect weather..Though got chased by dogs at many places.I had planned on a 21k but went out too far so ended up doing 24..I can see my pace dropping after 20k...

    Ran with RFL @ kanakpura.Had forgotten how the undulating slopes felt.It was a killer.The steep slopes literally wiped the breath out of my lungs.Am glad I took much lesser walk breaks.
