tired 4.5 miles of suck. Cold, rainy and I nearly bonked 4.54 mi 00:35 07:45 pace

I had every intention of going out and taking this run easy. Easy being a nice relaxed pace, probably in the 7:35/mi range. Yea, that didn't happen. First two miles were good, then I started suffering at a pretty slow pace. It's a shame, because coming off Friday's tempo run I had some momentum. Its okay, though, I know why this happened. I made some really poor nutrition decisions the last couple of days and they bit my in the ass today. I'll call it a wake up run.
