      I think sharks hover around 1km deep in the sea. He sees one and turns back. :)

      This swim was estimated based on strokes. Usually, I use a GPS attached to my mask strap.

    Decided to make this week a recovery week, as I am feeling a little fatigued. So stuck to weights and core fitness.

    Getting better as well. The wetsuit still feels a little constricting, but not as bad as earlier.

    Tempo run, after a killer trainer workout earlier in the day. Worked on quick turnover, and did a 29ish 5k without feeling particularly strained.
