Legs a bit stiff from yesterday's effort, so adding the strength training + core work and then trying to run the 2.5 miles home was a huge challenge. The 4.5 miles out went pretty well, loosened up nicely. Very pleasant low 60's with low humidity this morning.

Hopefully the weather stays cool in Ohio for the next few weeks. I am planning on coming back to Ohio again in a couple week. I will be mostly running in the Hudson area.

Oooo, I've tasted that running/ weight training sandwich. It didn't go down well for me, but my brother says it's just like ride/run bricks. More you do it, better it gets. Huge workout this am, Greg!

Thanks all - @Kent, yes, this is a draining workout, but feeling energized this afternoon. @Elodie - I've done it for something like 5 weeks now and am still not used to it. The run home is practically the most difficult 2.5 miles of the week.
