What started out feeling like a recovery run turned into more of a steady state MP +10% one, watch was on time of day but with the way this felt, I'll assume it was a pretty steady progressive. Ended up going longer than planned, so part of picking up the pace was to get home in time so my wife wouldn't have to get up with the boys. Just a few minutes late for that, but sent her back to bed.
Did the full zones 1 and 5 active isolated stretching last night, and my wife commented on my improved flexibility, which is something she'd always been critical of before.
Now for Donuts with Dad at my youngest son's preschool then his birthday party, with a bunch of 4 and 5 year-old's (mostly) making pizza at a local cooking academy. Should be a fun day despite the rain.
