Ran from my west-side office today, pretty rare as I usually only come here once/week and I hate the traffic in the industrial park. But, once you get out of the park, the surrounding neighborhoods are quite serene.
Went out with a bit more energy, getting tired of dragging. The legs are sore, especially the calves, too much Kinvaras lately, this is going to be a Lunarfly kind of week, and I'll probably ditch the intervals on the plan, more risk than upside at this point.

Smart plan for the week and nice lunch miles.

I hear ya on the Kinvara's and the calves. Want to get another pair in the mix but haven't gotten around to it yet. Nice job on the 5!

That sounds like a good plan. Lots of nice neighborhoods for running in Strongsville.

I ran through an industrial park when I was in Strongsville earlier this summer visiting family. I don't recall the name of it but it was at the end of Drake Rd. It was nice and quite when I ran it but then again I ran it before anyone was at work. Nice double, good plan for showing restraint and looking at the big picture.

Great run Greg! Although I am not sure that I can ever get enough or too much of my Kinvaras.

Nice double today. Glad to hear you are playing it smart with the training approach this week...the most important thing is to show up healthy for Towpath.

I want to live in Strongsville one day. Until then, I will study the map you give me very carefully. I am sure I will find the way..even if I take an occassional wrong turn and get lost. Nice run. Fantastic pace and so glad to hear you are feeling it again! Cheers!

My dilemma is that if I run in the Lunarfly's two days in a row my hip tightens, but if I run in Kinvaras my calves are tired. #runnerproblems
