The cold didn't feel as bad this morning, though maybe it's moving to my chest - hope not ahead of tomorrow's 20 w/ MP miles mixed in. Really warm and humid - 73F, 91%, 70F dew point, so glad to have an easy morning, and I didn't really feel the humidity so much. 10 x 20"/20" strides at the end.
Pleased with how the legs are holding up given the dense mileage the past few days. I think the late night foam rolling and active isolated stretching is making a big difference.

Nice easy one Greg, but hope the cold is on it's way out. Best of luck for tomorrow's MP, I find they can be the hardest workouts on the Pfitz plan if they coincide with a day when you're not feeling it, so hoping you find a really really nice groove in the morning :)

Great job with all the stretching and rolling to keep your legs in tip top shape. Hope the cold leaves soon. Good luck with your 20 tomorrow...I'm sure you'll nail it!

Lots of miles Greg, but quality miles which makes it all the more impressive. You'll nail it tomorrow, but even if it feels "harder than it should" I think you'll know why. Stay hydrated with that cold today.

Awesome work today, Greg!! I get so tired of foam rolling, but I know how much it helps. Kudos to you on keeping up the "unfun" part of running.
