I guess this is what happens when you caffeinate before a no-look recovery run. Feeling a bit of the miles from yesterday, but not too bad. Finished with 10x20" strides.
New weekly PRs in mileage (>85, first time over 80) and runs in the sunlight (4). Feeling better than I have all season.
