Good stuff, Greg. Just curious - what active isolated stretching are you doing pre-run?

Steve, I do some of Phil Wharton's stretches. If pre-run, just 4 stretches around the Achilles, and 5 or so around the hamstrings, abductors/adductors, and quads. With more time, I add more around the ankles/foot and hip flexors and glutes.
