Sunny shirtless trail run done. Extra credit for 12 creek crossings (and missing a rock once). More extra credit for running an Andy O on the Burning River 100 course.
Not much of a recovery, but not feeling badly yet. Need to ramp more.
It's our anniversary today, happy 16th to my divine wife. She has a work dinner tonight, but I'll get the chance to cool down with the boys in the community pool.
