      I saw you going north on the Oak St. curve and I was south! I yelled your name but you were super focused. Sweet pace as always!

    4 miles on the lakefront and a half mile to three different grocery stores until I found a rotisserie chicken for dinner. Yum.

    Seeing how the legs would be on a long run. Felt heavy early but really loosened up. Last two miles were the quickest. Probably signing up for the Lakefront 50k tonight!
