    great 81.11 mi 04:09 19.5mph pace

This was supposed to be a 3-3.5 hour ride but I planned a route for 75 miles. I guess I thought I could TT for 75 miles at 25mph.

Fast training ride with the coach, Cyclesport/Zephyr Wheel Sports and a slew of others. The 35+ 'sprints' for a couple of miles were tough. I am missing almost and hour's worth of da... read more

    good 34.87 mi 01:47 19.6mph pace

Feeling a little sluggish after taking the weekend off but headed out to clear my head and legs. Did a fun loop with some hard intervals thrown in to simulate race accelerations.

    great 35.62 mi 01:53 18.9mph pace

Short solo ride turned into group ride once I was almost back. Took a loop with the Lima Roadrunners then rode back to Ada to get some ice cream.

alright Hueston Woods 47 mi 02:29 18.9mph pace

First 3 laps felt ok started hurting on the hills the 4th time up it. Next lap I was off the back and unable to chase back on. The TT yesterday hurt more than I thought.
