    I'm up to 40 miles a week, half running and half walking. Runs are 10/6/4, and walking is 5 miles/day on the non-running days. It's simpler on work days when I can walk part of my commute! But it's pretty out there today-- gonna slip and slide my way down to check out the college campus. :D
