    PF treadmill. 30 at 10:00 pace then 5 minute cooldown. Running itself wasn't bad, but it was very humid and I was a soggy mess at the end! Did about 30 minutes on the weights after.

    Rough wind. Bad direction for any ride route. We just rode to keep the group together into the winds and opened up when we had tail winds. Fun group!

    Waited out the semi-unexpected rain and hail before starting. Pretty tentative on the way out of town with all the debris on the streets. Visiting rider with the group tonight was a nice surprise!
