went well will slowly up my mileage each time i get on the trainer. hope to get some swimming laps in this afternoon. left knee feels like it is getting stronger.

needed to spin to evaluate the torn meniscus in my left knee. went easy for most of ride but did get my heart rate to 141 for about a third of the time. will ride trainer and swim laps tomorrow.
