Easily my best swim ever. Felt so good out there today. Started with the intent of just going a mile and just kept going and finished with 2 miles complete.

Went ok today, felt pretty blah until about halfway through. Then it was so much better.

Felt good to wake up early on a holiday to make sure that my workout was taken care of. Did sit-ups, push-ups and pull-ups to exhaustion 3 times each. Maybe a swim tonight.

Felt pretty good, had a nice rain storm for about mile 5-6. Knee started to hurt around mile 6 as well. But finished strong.

Played Ultimate Frisbee for 3 hours last night and it completely drained me. Felt good though.

Felt good. Didn't keep track of the time, just wanted to work on my form today. Did some pull ups and push ups after the swim, might have been the most difficult pull up ever.
