Had some time to kill and decided to get in some extra miles after the 5k. My route started at Seville Quarter and went through the Historic Pensacola Village across 9th Avenue over to Chase Street. From there, I got on Bayfront and went over to the base of the Three Mile Bridge and turned around and ran along Bayfront to Blue Wahoos Stadium. Left the stadium and ran to Palafox Plaza and back to Seville. While the thermometer was on the rise during this run, a gentle breeze off the bay did help.


That was a really nice 5K time for a muggy morning...and then to go for 6 more miles...you da man!
