    Great morning run today. Weather was perfect and I felt great! Took me a while to get warmed up, and I love my splits from this run- 10:45, 9:26, 9:05, 9:04. Typical morning run!

    Long run with friends! Only meant to do 8 miles but by the time I got back to my car it was at 8.75 so I had to keep going. The run went by so quickly and felt really easy today. Beautiful weather!
