Half mile warm up, then six one mile repeats with 3 minute jog recoveries. Started slow and went from there. Splits were 7:13, 7:08, 7:08, 7:03, 6:58 and 6:45. All of these felt pretty comfortable. On another note, the love handles have appeared and they are for real. I guess that's what happens when you spend the 8 weeks post marathon pigging out.
