    It was pouring so I left my phone in the car.... we all rocked our third leg and finished an hour ahead of our projected finish... woo hoo! Beer garden and home by 4pm!

      Meh. Ragnar was a month later last year, and I was also coming back from an injury, and I ran a LOT faster. Probably had 5-6 more weeks of training, though, in 2013. But I was also out longer (4.5 months for sfx vs. 2.5 for the knee.)

      1) I can't believe you're already running 8 miles. Seriously. 2) I thought about you this morning. I tripped over my own feet TWICE as I ran and thought, "If I actually fall, nobody is going to believe I did this." So, you may have actually saved me from falling.
