      Anyhow -- he said I probably don't need crutches at this point (it hasn't hurt to walk or sit for a month now,) Cleared to swim, pool run, and even cycle if I'm not getting paypack pain.

      Oh- I didn't see your earlier post that it was pelvic sfs. Such a bummer, but I know you are glad t have an actual diagnosis so you can make a healing plan. And of all the injuries, although they are are still crap, stress fractures are the best ones to have. Mend the bone and you are good. Hang in there!

      Eh. According to the literature the doc gave me, they are 0% healed at 4 weeks, (so the time of the race... no wonder it hurt.), about 30% healed at 8 weeks (now), and by June, should between 50-70%. Judging by how it feels, I'd say it's right on track.
