Very cool! I'll be at the expo on Saturday afternoon and will look for you. I have a feeling I'll be deep in concentration on those hills at 30K :)

  2. I think I might be leaving Daily Mile and switching over to Strava. I've used it this week and find it a lot easier.... I can't keep up with logging in two places. So farewell for now!

Huh Adam..... I haven't figured out how to do anything analytical on Daily Mile. I actually was looking at switching to Runningahead, but I like the GPS feature on Strava... set it, forget it, and it's logged for me. And I can log the treadmill stuff manually. I do miss everyone's comments though.... Strava isn't as social. :)

  13. RUN
good Eagle Creek Park 5.2 mi

Arrived at my parents at 2pm after 10 hours in the car (least traffic we've ever encountered!) and then headed out before dinner for a quick run. Gorgeous weather.

  14. RUN
    good Nutley/ Tapawingo/ Trail 8 mi 01:20 10:00 pace

Ran with a neighbor so we went her pace. A little slower than I would have gone but got the miles in.

Definitely easier to keep pace on TM, but you have to be able to run the pace or you get shot off the back, so I think they count. Great job.
