    Arrived at my parents at 2pm after 10 hours in the car (least traffic we've ever encountered!) and then headed out before dinner for a quick run. Gorgeous weather.

      Definitely easier to keep pace on TM, but you have to be able to run the pace or you get shot off the back, so I think they count. Great job.

    Had planned on 10 miles but I got hit by a cyclist going way too fast.... nice. Some road rash but I think I'll be fine.
