    Easy miles with Ami. She was kind to go slow with me, my legs are still in recovery mode. I plan to take most runs at this pace for at least another week.

    Went out for an easy still recovering run with Ami, then a lightening storm with crazy close blew in... Final mile was 7:30, haha. We made it home alive!

      Youre gonna love it. I live about 4 miles from the trail head. Based on what I saw on my run this morning Im not sure the bluebells will be in bloom yet on Saturday. Regardless, its a beautiful course and a lot of fun.
