      I was rear-ended in a vehicle accident back in October that resulted in five slipped/bulging discs in my back. I've been trying to get back to running ever since.

      I had one on my wrist for years.Finally my hand did not work well and it hurt 24 / 7. It was removed in the late 1960's. No probs for over 40 years.
