Warm up:
15 minute run, followed by 15 minute ROM drills.
5 rounds: 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats
WOD:
100 yard overhead weighted lunges with 30 lbs. Did 15 pushups every time I had to stop...had to stop 3 times....sucked.
Endurance:
30 minute ruck march with 25 lbs through back pasture.
Holy shit I'm out of shape. Gonna go have a cigarette and bitch about it. Sarcasm.
