Just an easy recovery run before tomorrow's 15K race. Slept in and started late around 9:30 as I knew that the run was going to be short and sweet and I didn't really care about it much, nothing rode on it. I took out my Karhu Racers to make sure they still fit and feel fine. I haven't used them since the last 25K race I ran in July. Legs feel a bit tired from yesterday's 20 mile brutality but I don't care. Tomorrow is not really about the race, I just want to enjoy the event and get a good run in. If I place well or beat my goal time, awesome. If I don't, I don't. This is not my target race. No pressure on this one.
I only wish I ran 2 more miles to break 50 miles for the week for the second time but it's all good, I'll break it again soon enough.

Great attitude, Greg! You have had a great training and have gotten better every time so I don't doubt in Tyler you will succeed!

See ya in the morning it will be fun no matter what the end result. I dont know what to expect either my legs are a bit heavy too.
