great General Aerobic 8.09 mi 00:56 06:52 pace

What started out as a 6 mile recovery run ended up as an 8 mile general aerobic run. My legs felt really good so I just went with it. I actually ran pretty strong for the last 5 miles averaging 6:36/mile at 76% HRR but the weather was stupid hot for this run. I haven't had a run this hot and this long this season other than that 15.7 mile run from work to home during my 140+ mile week plus all the Trinity 5000 races. This run was pretty ridiculous but it's in the books and that is all that matters.

As Elephant Man said you are not a human being you are an Animal, or was it the other way around?
