One of my most efficient runs ever. I really need to slow these recovery runs down, I don't want them to spiral into stupid fast territory. This run felt amazingly easy which is precisely what these runs should feel like. Tonight is another 5K race but I'm thinking about holding back and running it at tempo effort instead of VO2max effort.
