Thursday and finally getting a start to my week's miles! GAH! Temperature isn't too terrible out, but humidity is high as usual. I nearly sweat my face right off, but that's all right. I took it easy, did a few walking breaks to settle myself, had lots of fluids with me. Slowly chewed up the pavement until I was back home.
