1% incline the whole run took to treadmill cause of the rain! This is my birthday run...last year I ran 10 miles in 1:27 on this day, so I wanted to keep the tradition and compare to where I am now and I did it 7 minutes faster this year so I guess that is pretty good improvement!

WOW, that's awesome Greg!! I always keep my TM set at a 1% incline, just a little extra boost in every workout! :) HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!
